Items purchased from our Site can be returned within 14 days of delivery using our free return service. The items must be in their unused original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Personalized items and items purchased through third-party websites are not eligible for return.
To request a return, log in to your account and initiate the return from the Orders section. Prepare the items in the original box, ensuring they are in perfect condition. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after we receive and verify the returned items. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. You should see the credit approximately within one week of our refund confirmation email, although the exact timing depends on your bank’s processing times.

To preserve the quality of our garments, handle them with care. Due to the handwork and embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning to maintain their appearance and to ensure its longevity.
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible using the fastest courier available.
